Elite Tennis Academy is based out of two facilities in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia:
- Mornington Tennis Centre: 350 Dunn’s Road, Mornington
- Gardiner Tennis Club: 2-14 Kyarra Rd, Glen Iris
We have coaching positions available at both venues in part time and full time roles. We have a dedicated admin team who take care of all the off court work (Eg bookings, invoices etc), and are there as a support network for our coaches in an assistant role (ie if the coach wants to run a tournament the admin staff will do all the promotion flyers etc).
PERFORMANCE COACH ROLE
Based at Mornington, working with performance players who are currently playing club competition and would like to progress through to tournaments. The coach would be running squad sessions and private lessons. The coach would also be involved in running tournaments and UTR events.
SENIOR COACH ROLE
Based at either Mornington or Glen Iris, working within a range of programs from kids groups to adult groups, privates and squads. The coach would also be involved in running tournaments and UTR events.
Salary Full Time Roles – from $60,000 per year
Part Time Roles – paid by the hour $30-$40 per hour
Our company has the ability to sponsor the coach on a visa (with or without family also on the visa). We have already had coaches on sponsor visas, know the process and most recently sponsored a International coach (his wife & 2 kids also) to come work for us, they have recently just transitioned to Australia Citizens.
About our facilities:
MORNINGTON TENNIS CENTRE
Located 60km south east of Melbourne (45min drive) on the coast of the Mornington Peninsula, the centre is located 5mins from the beach. This is an international facility – including 12 conipur play clay courts, large club house and part of a large sporting complex. Aside from coaching we host ITF Pro Tour, Junior ITF and Australian Ranking Tournaments / UTR Events.
GARDINER TENNIS CLUB
Located 15km from Melbourne CBD, Gardiner TC is a 5 court en tut cas complex, surrounded by leafy green scrubs, it’s a beautiful club. Gardiner also hosts tournaments and UTR events.
