Pay details: Annual Salary
Pay range ($AUD): $85,000 – $110,000
Tasks & responsibilities:
Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
- Creating 3D models including assemblies & sub-assemblies
- Prepare manufacturing drawings & preparation of BOMs (bill of materials)
- Working closely with management to understand and meet customer requirements including schedules, design requirements & specifications
- Assisting with resource planning & backlog prioritisation
- Organise and communicate information
- Performing tasks with minimal supervision”
Qualifications & experience:
- As integral part of the team you’ll bring your experience and strong work ethic along with having:
- 3-5 years’ experience in mechanical design drafting is essential
- Demonstrated history of mechanical work with design of production machinery or conveyors – a background of work focused on Food segments is highly regarded
- Experience drafting structural weldments & sheet metal components
- Proficiency in Solidworks & Autodesk AutoCAD
- A wide range of hands-on practice in drafting, design, calculations & quality control
- Self-motivation for autonomous work
Required Language Skills: IELTS & TOEFL
