Tasks & responsibilities:

Manager – The manager will ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant, as well as maintain high standards of production, productivity, quality and customer service. Coordinating the daily operation of the Front of the House and Back of the House restaurants. Provide superior service and maximize customer satisfaction. Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to improve performance.

Bartender – Provide a consistently high level of customer service. Keep the bar area clean. Mix all beverages according to serving sizes as directed by the company’s guidelines. Develop an efficient pace of work to keep customers happy at the bar and in the dining room.

Chef – Setting up jobs and operating kitchen equipment. Baking, grilling, steaming or boiling fish, meat, vegetables and other foods. Serving and decorating dishes. Compliance with the rules of hygiene and safety in the kitchen. Constantly keeping the workplace clean. Inventory level monitoring. Compliance with technologies and methods of preparation.

Kitchen Hands – sort food delivery, keep pantries and cool rooms clean and tidy, wash pots, crockery, crockery and cutlery and return them to service, put dishes, cutlery and pots on the shelves.

Waiters – Provide excellent customer service. Always strive for maximum customer satisfaction. Greet customers and offer menus. Taking and serving food/drink orders. Organize a table setting.

Qualifications & experience:

Manager – have good managerial and organizational skills. Ability to work in a team, stress resistance, initiative. Strong leadership, motivation and people skills.

Bartender – Work experience is desirable (but not required). English level is sufficient to communicate with guests.

Chef – knowledge of Ukrainian cuisine and love for cooking is a must. The level of English does not matter, age does not matter. Ability to work in a team and coordinate tasks with others.

Waiters – The level of English should be high enough for quality communication with guests. It is desirable to be able to communicate well and keep a good mood.

Kitchen Hands – good level of fitness, be able to stand for long periods of time, good teamwork skills, high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously within a set time frame

Required Language Skills: Basic level of English. For a waiter and bartender above average level of English.
