About the company: Our Childcare Centre occupies a cottage near Green Square and is lucky to have grounds which make it easy to celebrate nature, lots of timber. We have 40 trees and lots of timber structures which make it wonderful for kids who love to hug trees and hide in hardwood tunnels. We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our wonderful team at Rosebery Cottage.
Location: 101 Rothschild Ave Rosebery NSW 2018
Work type: Casual Pay details: Hourly Rate
Pay range ($AUD): $27.31 to $34.85
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Working closely with children, families and other educators.
- Ensure that your families feel safe and secure in our environment and that the individual needs of the children are met.
- Help to write the programs to meet those needs and deliver the program in a caring and stimulating environment.
Qualifications & experience:
- Must have a Cert 3 in Children’s Services or Diploma in Early Education or degree in primary education completed
- Child Protection course and hold a Working with Children Check
- Previous experience in documentation of children’s learning and development
- Previous experience in programming and planning to meet children’s individual needs
- Be confident in using the EYLF
Required Language Skills: Strong written and spoken English skills
