Job Description:
- Work collaboratively with the team to design, develop, test and maintain an established platform.
- Undertaking day to day support, system monitoring, incident management, fault diagnosis and resolution on our platform.
- Triage, escalate and track issues using relevant incident management systems.
- Identify opportunities to undertake preventative maintenance and improve automation
- Manage and update technical documentation
Technical skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- NET-Framework v4.5+,
- .NET-Core 2.0+, C#,
- Azure SQL
- HTML5, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, Angular, React).
- Visual-Studio 2017/2019 (w/TFS/Git)
What you need to be successful:
- 2+ years’ commercial software development experience
- Developing /supporting solutions in an agile SDLC environment
