Tasks & responsibilities:
Cook:
- Fryers
- General cooking
- food prep
- cleaning
- menu planning with head chef
- supervise junior staff
- cleaning
Bistro/Bar staff:
- serving customers
- table service
- serving drinks (rsa needed)
- cleaning
- accommodation bookings
- restaurant bookings
Qualifications & experience: Cooking experience and hospitality experience
Required Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English
