Pay details: Annual Salary
Pay range ($AUD): 90K – 110K
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all site workers and visitors
- Responsible for all site operations, including reporting on financial performance and reviewing operating costs
- Managing any incidents on site and report in a timely manner
- Actively participate in project management of site improvements
- Commercial reviews and forecasting
Qualifications & experience: Solid and relevant experience in managing teams ideally in process management. The following types of experience or exposure would also be very highly regarded:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, supply chain / logistics or demonstrable experience process management
- A proven track record in operations
- A background in environmental compliance and / or health and safety would be highly regarded.
- An exceptional ability to build positive relationships at all levels
- Strong communications skills
