Work type: Open to contract and full time
Pay details: Annual Salary
Pay range ($AUD): 70-80k
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Coordinate service of documents via our mercantile field agents for our legal and banking customers
- Obtain insurance quotes for properties
- Assist with obtaining valuation agency appraisals
- Provide regular updates on internal portal and on email to our customers
- Coordinate lock changes for properties when evictions occur
- Provide affidavit of service for customers
- Manage field agents on performance and pricing
- Assist director with meeting, lunch invites, flight and accommodation bookings
Qualifications & experience: Admin skills
Required Language Skills: Intermediate
